You may cancel your purchase for any reason within 48 hours of payment.

After 48 hours and within 7 calendar days, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply and deducted from any refunds issued.

Your order cannot be cancelled after seven (7) calendar days.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 7 calendar days from the date you purchased it. After 7 days of receiving the items, we do not accept returns.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
